A Landmark in Precast Construction in Kerala
Steelion completed the entire structural work of the Caspian Techpark building in just 80 days, using precast concrete technology combined with hybrid composite construction techniques.
This remarkable feat—achieved during Kerala’s monsoon season—is a shining example of fast-track construction in Kerala, showcasing how precast systems can significantly reduce construction time without compromising on safety or quality.
All major elements—walls, beams, slabs, and staircases—were precast off-site and assembled on-site, allowing us to eliminate delays, reduce labor needs, and ensure precision.

The project was executed in association with Teemage Precast, a reputed Tamil Nadu-based precast manufacturing company. Together, we brought speed and strength to this ambitious commercial infrastructure project.
